I had lags as well, noticed it was connected to the monitors. If you have more than one monitor, try to remove them and see if it helps

Still waiting for a solution from the developer regarding the lag issue and freezing after update patch 9.3. There weren't any issues before this update. It's really frustrating.

Same here. Was playable before on very high settings :(.I have an old I5, 3rd generation. 16Gb ram, and a GTX 1080. I have around 200 hours into my save. I think its around 9 mb.
